The Bulgarian Basic Course I & II is divided into 30 units composed of dialogues, notes, supplemental vocabulary and English language narration.. The course assumes no previous knowledge of Bulgarian or any other Slavic language. It uses the Cyrillic alphabet that is taught through side-by-side presentation of English translations and phonetics. Volume I contains 23 CDs and a 496 page textbook or 1 DVD with all lessons on MP3 with the textbook in a PDF file format. Volume II contains 11 CDs and a 464 page textbook or the DVD option.
